A note FYI I lived in Athens, Greece working as Art director/artist for over 16 months in 1980-81. Gasoline was very expensive then the reason it was sooo expensive is because like most of the world governments like to tax the gas for revenue.... I work with an ociate who is from Israel and the reason for the expense per liter is the same reason. All the countries of Europe and the world pay the same or only a little more per barrel...it is the LIBERAL TAX and Spenders that add the tax because a car is a luxury item.
