I don’t believe the question was where to find information but rather how to present it. And there are a few rules to having discussions with liberals. The best book I have ever read on the subject was one by Bill Richardson called Slightly to the Right. Good luck finding it though it was out of print before I was born.
A few tips though:
1) Don’t let a liberal change the subject. 2) Don’t get miffed when a liberal gets loud and raises his voice. 3) Don’t let a liberal change the subject. 4) Liberals will very often try to prove that he is right and you are evil. 5) Don’t let a liberal change the subject 6) Don’t get caught in games of “What if….” with a liberal 7) Don’t let a liberal change the subject.
Case in point, you asked for information on how to argue with a liberal. But rather then answer the question, Cullbait changed the subject to weather or not you knew enough to argue with a liberal.
